Water introduced


I've started introducing water as a mechanic. This is an obvious mechanic to add, however it wasn't any where near the first thing for me to work on. Water will put you and other people out, however other than that it has no effect. I planned to make it remove score once it puts something out, but have yet to add that. 

I've also fixed a few things. One major thing was the black and white filter for the Newspaper. The filter would not work consistently on the WebGL version. This is because WebGL does not have access to nearly the computational power that a raw executable would have. So for this reason I did research into just making a post processing effect, and sending it directly to the GPU to handle. Now with the GPU handling the filter it is officially available on the WebGL version. I've also spent a considerable amount of time compressing the existing textures to make the game load a bit faster. 

Finally I spent a good bit of time working on the new art style. I've attached some images of this new items, but have yet to add them into the game. My plan is to do one big shift to the new art once it's complete.
