Update 1.4 Menus upgraded!

As of this date I have completed the Menus Upgrade portion of the planned updates.

What was added this update:

• Confirm button on quitting windows version
• Converted level select over to a UI object instead of world objects
• Added scene transition between levels
• Newspaper is black and white
• Added chickens
• Added scarecrows
• Added Arkansas to region select
• When returning to the level select the region select will open the most recent region
