Added murder man and updating wander tech


I've fixed a few bugs with this release, and added a new "Murder man" which will shoot in random directions. 

I've also overhauled the AI wander system to allow for a more modular manipulation of wander directions. I've moved everything over to a scriptable object system, so that I can create a new object and apply its settings to multiple characters at once. I can also easily remove behaviors like wandering towards things that are on fire. 

I started by creating a base scriptable object, then started deriving new behaviors from it. 

There is a chance that with the latest build the webGL version of the game will crash when you are shot. It's not a super high chance, but it still happens. I'm working on figuring out why this happens, it's probably something to do with the lack of computing power with the browser. I don't honestly know though.
